Yes. Glacial Step™ cleats are designed with a high-elasticity TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) frame that stretches to fit securely over hiking boots, winter boots, sneakers, and dress shoes. They grip tight and won't slip off during use.

Our "Universal Stretch" design accommodates most bulky footwear. However, if you are wearing "Extra Large" insulated arctic boots (Men's size 13+), we recommend choosing the XL size if available, or contacting us for a specific fit guide.

No. We strongly recommend removing your cleats before driving. The steel studs can interfere with your pedal control and may damage your vehicle's floor mats. They take only seconds to slip off before you get behind the wheel.

While they are designed primarily for ice, snow, and mud, our industrial hardened manganese steel studs withstand short periods of walking on pavement (like crossing a driveway). However, prolonged use on dry concrete will wear the studs down faster.
